We’re not a Disability Service. We’re a Possibility Service.

At Cara, we believe little things make a big difference, bringing joy, purpose, and a sense of belonging to those we serve. That’s why we’re thrilled to launch our bold new brand campaign – one that redefines what support truly means.

Our powerful new brand statement, “We’re not a disability service. We’re a possibility service” captures the essence of what we do every day. We don’t just provide support; we create opportunities for people to dream, achieve, and live life to the fullest. Whether it’s running a marathon, flying a plane, or simply embracing the joy of everyday experiences, Cara is here to help make possibilities a reality.

“I am strong. I am resilient. I am a mother, a daughter, a father, a brother, and a son. I laugh. I cry. I dream and I love to dance.”

These words echo through our campaign, reflecting the individuality, strength, and vibrant personalities of the people we support. In collaboration with Adelaide-based ad agency BAD Everything, we embarked on an exciting journey to film a campaign that truly represents the Cara community.

Our incredible clients – Paul, Megan, Kylie, Nadia, Gregory, and Nick – are the stars, bringing authenticity and energy to the screen. Alongside them, passionate Cara staff members, from support workers to leadership, helped bring the vision to life. The commercial is being showcased in cinemas across metropolitan Adelaide, Mt Barker, Murray Bridge, Mt Gambier and Pt Pirie, including Hoyts, Event, Wallis and Reading Cinemas.

Expect the campaign to pop up when you’re scrolling on social media or watching YouTube videos and keep an eye out for our striking billboards at key locations across Adelaide. Radio and TV advertising will be added to the mix in the coming months.

The new campaign isn’t just about raising awareness; it’s about celebrating the people who make Cara special. It highlights the deep connections between our staff and clients and showcases the real impact of what we do every day.

As one line of our campaign declares, “I’m going to stop at nothing!”

And neither will we.
