
Proudly based in Port Lincoln, South Australia, our Personalised Day Options program is designed for adults aged 18 and over who are living with disability. This service offers a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where you can connect with others, explore new interests, and build skills that matter to you.
Whether you want to develop practical life skills, take part in creative activities, or enjoy social experiences in the local community, our team works with you to create a day program that reflects your goals and aspirations. At Cara, we believe every day should be meaningful, empowering, and fun.


When you participate in Personalised Day Options, you’ll have the chance to take part in monthly excursions to places within the community and let your creativity really shine. With your talented peers, you’ll be supported to create projects and learn new skills such as:


IMPORTANT: Please have enclosed shoes.
In cool weather please supply warm & waterproof jacket for all outdoor activities.
Cara Day Options Port Lincoln will supply hats & sunscreen in warm weather.
During excursions, food reheating facilities may not always be available; please pack a lunch that does not require reheating. Reheating facilities are available on days without planned excursions.
Cara Day Options Port Lincoln will supply water, cordial, coffee, & tea both on excursions & at the service.
Swimming gear will be washed after use & stored safely at the service. Please ensure swimming fees can be paid by your chosen method on designated days.
Cara Day Options Port Lincoln keeps 1 x spare change of clothes available per client in case of emergencies.
