What You’ll Need
Essential:

  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid full Driver’s License
  • NDIS Worker Clearance

Preferred:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience

Who Will I Work With?

What Will I Be Doing?
You’ll support clients to live more independently and achieve their NDIS goals by:

  • Assisting with daily tasks like meals, hygiene, and medication
  • Promoting community participation and social inclusion
    Creating safe, nurturing environments
  • Maintaining accurate records and following Cara’s policies

Who Will I Work With?
At Cara, Office Workers play a vital behind-the-scenes role, working together to ensure our teams can deliver life-changing support every day.
You’ll work alongside:

  • A passionate team of professionals across departments like Finance, Rostering, Safeguarding, and Training.
  • Colleagues who share a commitment to Cara’s mission and values.
  • Service delivery teams, helping ensure smooth operations across the organisation.
  • External partners and stakeholders who support Cara’s work in the disability sector.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Driving meaningful outcomes by supporting the delivery of high-quality disability services.
  • Using your expertise to manage budgets, coordinate schedules, or develop training programs.
  • Contributing to safe, inclusive practices that empower both staff and clients.
  • Collaborating on innovative projects that improve systems, processes, and impact

Regional Manager Role:
Who Will I Work With?
As a Regional Manager at Cara, you’ll lead with purpose,
empowering teams and ensuring our services reflect the care and quality our clients deserve.
You’ll work alongside:

  • Passionate service delivery teams committed to Cara’s mission.
  • People living with disabilities and their families across your region.
  • Internal stakeholders across departments like Safeguarding, Rostering, and Training.
  • Community partners and external organisations to strengthen local impact

What Will I Be Doing?
You’ll support clients to live more independently and achieve their NDIS goals by:

  • Leading and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
  • Driving strategic initiatives that align with Cara’s values and goals.
  • Building strong relationships to enhance outcomes for clients and communities.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Client Service Manager Role:
Who Will I Work With?
As a Client Service Manager at Cara, you help turn daily operations into meaningful impact, guiding teams and shaping person-centred support.
You’ll work alongside:

  • A dedicated team of Support Workers delivering front-line disability services.
  • Regional Managers, Client Experience and Client Funding Teams, and other leaders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Clients and their families, building strong, person-centered relationships.
  • Internal departments like Rostering, Safeguarding, and Training to support quality care.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Leading and supporting your team to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.
  • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring services align with Cara’s values.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
  • Driving continuous improvement and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.
