At Cara, we find possible
Cara is a leading South Australian disability service provider. We have more than 1000 staff, who we call our ‘Possible People’, that work alongside children and adults with disability across South Australia.
We are committed to supporting our customers to grow as individuals and live fulfilling everyday lives. Our promise is ‘we find possible’. We find possible in our values, in our commitment to being person-centred and in our drive and passion for our work.
We celebrated our 25th anniversary in May 2020. Cara began independent operations in May 1995 but our history dates back even further – we were part of the Spastic Centres of South Australia, which was formed in the 1950s.
