Cara subscribes to the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988, as amended 2012. This Act deals with the collection, use of, disclosure and data security of personal information.

To access the information Cara keeps about you, please complete the Request for Access to Client Information form. This request will be submitted to Cara’s Privacy function for review.

Please allow up to 30 days for access to information requests to be processed. Some requests may take longer where additional consent, clarification, review or redaction is required.
