With the introduction of the NDIS, we more than doubled our staff numbers between 2012 and 2019. In July 2019, we celebrated employing our 1000th staff member.

Our people come to Cara from all over the world – literally! We employ staff who were born in more than 55 countries and speak more than 35 languages.
