At Cara, we’re all about people – our extraordinary customers, our values-driven staff and our dedicated Board of Directors.

All of our people are truly passionate about what they do – working alongside children and adults with disability to live the way they choose and achieve their goals.

In July 2019, we celebrated employing our 1,000th staff member. With the introduction of the NDIS we have more than doubled our staff numbers in the last seven years.
