Preventative screenings save lives, but accessing them can be challenging for people with disability. Cara’s Screening Champion Project is tackling these barriers head-on by:
• Training more champions to advocate and support clients
• Developing easy-read and interactive resources
• Engaging families and CALD communities
With increased participation already making a difference, this initiative is driving better health outcomes across our community.
