2022 Annual Review
As we enter 2023, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the highlights of the previous financial year and look forward to the future. With that in mind, I am pleased to share with you our 2022 annual review.
2022 has seen the commencement of a program of reset, as we continue to improve our customers’ experiences and deliver the high quality of support that Cara has become known for.
In 2022 Cara was proud to:
- Support 381 customers.
- Deliver 1,031,495 hours of support.
- Provide support across 187 houses.
- Employ 1,108 staff including 828 support workers.
- Assist our staff to complete 7,449 mandatory and voluntary training courses
