When you participate in Personalised Day Options, you’ll really let your creativity shine. With your talented peers, you’ll be supported to create projects and learn new skills like:

Developing self-sufficiency
Together with your peers, you’ll create amazing works of art and beautiful handmade crafts, such as marbled coffee tables, which you’ll then sell at market stalls around Port Lincoln. You’ll staff the market stall yourself, gaining valuable skills in:
- Pricing items, money handling and budgeting
- Customer service
- Stall set up, merchandising and marketing
Giving back to the community
Port Lincoln Day Options customer Winnie Mrdjen blazed a trail as the first Tunarama Ambassador with a disability. Winnie achieved the Highest Fundraiser Award and the People’s Choice Award in the 2020 Tunarama Ambassador Quest. Every cent of the funds Winnie and Team Cara raised will go towards making the Personalised Day Options program bigger and better.
